The Urban Professional Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Chef’s Pan, is constructed using a triple layer design with an aluminium core sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The aluminium core allows for fast, even heating and precise temperature control so you can achieve perfect results every time.

The exterior layer is made from 60% recycled 430 stainless steel, while the food-contact interior layer is 304 stainless containing over 50% recycled material. Both layers are highly durable, non-reactive, and easy to clean – no more scrubbing! The tri-ply construction also makes this pan compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
