Constructed utilising a 3-ply design, this chefs pan features an aluminum core throughout the base and sides of the pan to conduct heat quickly and evenly, while the interior and exterior are made from stainless steel making cleaning quick and simple. The combined thickness of 3mm provides a perfect balance between durability and weight, making these pans highly resistant to warping or denting. Comes with a riveted stay cool handle.

Safe on all types of hobs including induction and safe to use in ovens up to 250°c.
