Hornbeam Cast Iron Skillet – 26cm

Designed with sustainability and longevity in mind, this British made skillet is a great looking and high performing pan. It is definitely heavy to use, but has a helper handle to assist and the performance of the pan out ways the downside of the weight. The handles do get hot when in use, but it is a lovely pan that cooks evenly and efficiently.

It does require ongoing care – handwashing, drying carefully and seasoning after use, like any un-coated cast iron pan.
