Cristel Saucepan – 14cm (Without Handle)

Very smart pan with clever removable handle to make the most of your hob space. Although we found that these pans weren’t the quickest to heat up, once they did, they gave great results – no sticking and very even, consistent cooking, with the need for very little water or fat. The base is a tri-ply style sandwich base, constructed of aluminum between 2 layers of stainless steel (the outer one has a brushed finish) that fully covers the bottom of the pan rising slightly up the sides to give the very even cooking performance. The detachable handle arm fits very neatly, simply and securely onto either of the 2 small side pan handles. Unlike the rest of this range, the 14cm pan is not efficient on our induction hobs. (pans 16cm and above are recommended for induction). Please note, the handle is sold separately.
