Delivery

Deliveries can only be made in the UK via the website.

For Deliveries to mainland UK (not including the Channel Islands)

For orders up to 1KG in weight there will be a charge of £3.50.
For orders over 1KG in weight there will be a charge of £5.95.
Orders over £100, excluding the Everhot Stove, Heater and Everhot Grill, will be delivered free.

For Deliveries to the Channel Islands

For orders up to 1.5KG in weight, there will be a charge of £9.95.
For orders over 1.5KG in weight, there will be a charge of £14.95.

Everhot Stove Deliveries

Delivery charges for the Everhot Stove and Heater are included in the retail price, to Mainland UK addresses only. For all other destinations, an additional charge will need to be added, depending on the location. This charge can be confirmed by calling Everhot on 01453 890 018 prior to ordering, or a member of the team will call you once you have placed your online order. Please not that the delivery service is via a pallet courier and not a white glove service.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.

For Deliveries to EU countries and International Countries

Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside the UK at this time.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch orders promptly so that they arrive within 5 to 7 working days, but please do allow up to 30 days. All carrier deliveries will require a signature unless otherwise authorised by the recipient with the carriers.

For certain items, including the Everhot Electric Stove, Everhot Grill and Beech Airers, longer lead times are in place. Please see individual products for this information.

Delivery Policy

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. For further information about your legal rights contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen's Advice Bureau for UK customers).

International Delivery

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Everhot Essentials reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

Payment - Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.

Everhot Essentials products are sold on a delivery duty, unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
