A spacious hard wearing tray for larger roasts - great for the Christmas turkey! This hard anodised tray is gives good, efficient and even cooking results and is hard wearing allowing the use of metal utensils. Suitable for oven use up to 240 degrees C, it can also be transferred on to the hob for gravy making.
