These hard anodised trays are extremely hardwearing, suitable for a lifetime of use. The light weight aluminum is given an electrochemical treatment which provides extreme hardness and resistance to abrasion. The aluminum ensures that the cooking process is very efficient and even, and metal utensils can be used on these trays, (this does not include the use of sharp knives). The trays can be used in the oven or on the hob and are anti-warp, twist and buckle. Please note that because of the hard anodising process, trays may differ in finish. The more use these trays get, the better their non-stick properties become. This set of 3 trays is very handy and offers great flexibility and good use of oven space allowing several different types of food e.g., roast vegetables, roast dinner for 2, bacon rolls, sausages etc, to be cooked at the same time without tainting each other. The Everhot can shelve all 3 at the same time. Tray 1: Ht 4cm, W 27cm, D 16.5cm, Tray 2: Ht 1.3cm, W 32.3cm, D 17cm, Tray 3: Ht 2.5cm, W 27cm, D 16.3cm.
The two deeper trays also fit into the oven on the Everhot Stove.
