Fantastic quality saucepans that work extremely efficiently. Our stainless, Swiss-made saucepans may cost a bit more, but really do perform well on all hotplates including induction. The pans come with an energy saving Superthermic Sandwich Base, which allows quick and even heat distribution and the magnetic chromium steel ensures induction suitability. We have been really impressed with the speed at which the pans heat up and their over-all performance has been great.

Really Good & Effective

I have 3 of these pans including a small saucier. I can testify that they are as good as they say. I use the saucier regularly for roux. I put some broccoli in the small pan last night on the hob with 1 cm of water, lid on. Within a minute the water was simmering and the broccoli had cooked nicely in 4 minutes. I was so pleased that the pans exceeded my expectations.
