Everhot Hard Anodised Roasting Tray – Small

This hard anodised tray is extremely hardwearing, suitable for a lifetime of use. The light weight aluminum is given an electrochemical treatment which provides extreme hardness and resistance to abrasion. The aluminum ensures that the cooking process is very efficient and even, and metal utensils can be used on these trays, (this does not include the use of sharp knives!). Please note that because of the hard anodising process, trays may differ in finish. There is no non-stick coating on these trays, but the more use they get, the better their non-stick properties become. This tray fits the runners of the Everhot cooker top oven perfectly and is sized to allow 2 of these trays (or the Everhot Baking Tray – Small), back to back on the same set of runners, ensuring the best use of your oven space.
